Besatu88 members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered bank account or eWallet once verification is complete, typically within 3–5 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, besatu88 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting activity on the besatu88 platform, whether due to bet outcomes, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond besatu88's control.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties such as banks, eWallet providers or payment service providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your password confidential.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, cyberattacks or force majeure circumstances.
